Leads with a reason to call. Locked to you for 14 days.
LatchScale checks local business websites for ad tracking and weak spots, tells you why each one is worth a pitch, and hides the lead from every other freelancer while you work it.

Every lead is graded by what we found
A is the warmest: the business already pays for ads and something on its site is wasting that money.
Ad signals, weak setup
Their site has ad tracking tags, so they're likely spending on ads, but the site has weak spots that waste that spend.
For example: A roofer with a Google Ads tag whose site has no click-to-call button.
Should advertise, isn't set up
A business type that usually runs ads, with a working website and no ad tracking tags yet.
For example: A med spa with online booking and no Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag.
New business
Registered with the state of Florida in the last 60 days. You can reach them before anyone else.
For example: A plumbing LLC that filed its paperwork twelve days ago.
How it works
From a filtered list to a sent pitch, without leaving your own inbox.
Pick your niche and city
Choose the business types you pitch, like dentists or HVAC, and the metro you work in.
See why each lead is worth it
Every lead shows what we found on its website: ad tags, page speed, phone-friendliness, ways to book or call.
Lock it for 14 days
Claim a lead and it disappears from everyone else's list while you work it.
Pitch with a real finding
Get an audit report and an email draft that point to the specific problem. You send it yourself.
Track replies and wins
Move each lead from contacted to replied, meeting, won or lost, so you know what's working.
A lead list sold to everyone is worth nothing
When the same spreadsheet goes to a thousand freelancers, every dentist in town gets the same DM forty times and stops reading. A locked lead is one nobody else is pitching while you work it.

What we won't do with your leads
- We use public, openly licensed data: Overture Maps places and Florida state business filings.
- We never scrape Google Maps or Meta's Ad Library. You get links to check ads yourself.
- Ad tags are signals, not proof. We only mark a business as advertising when you confirm it.
- No mass texting, auto-dialing or bulk email. Pitches are drafts you review and send.
Questions
Where do the businesses come from?
Business listings come from Overture Maps, an open dataset, and new companies come from the State of Florida's public filing records. We then check each business's own website.
Does a Meta Pixel mean a business is running ads right now?
Not always. A pixel means they set up ad tracking at some point. Each lead links to Meta's Ad Library and Google's Ads Transparency Center so you can check for live ads before you pitch.
Can I send emails or texts from LatchScale?
No. LatchScale writes drafts that include your name, mailing address and an opt-out line, and you send them from your own inbox. Cold texts need the recipient's written consent under US law, so we don't offer them.
What happens when my 14 days run out?
The lead goes back on the list. If you've already contacted the business, you can extend once for 7 more days. A business can be claimed at most 3 times in 90 days, so it never gets buried in pitches.
Which cities are covered?
We're starting with one Florida metro and adding more as the lead quality holds up.
